If you’ve gone through the personal care aisles at your local stores, you may have noticed that many products say “infused with Shea Butter.” It is no wonder that big brands are starting to pick up on the natural healing and beauty benefits of this centuries old natural moisturizer. What they don’t tell you is the amount of shea butter that is actually in the product.
In this easy tutorial you will see the short ingredients list and easy step-by-step directions to help you make your own shea butter moisturizer. So get ready to create an easily spreadable deep-moisturizer that is full of vitamins and smells amazing!
* Germall Plus Liquid is a preservative that is paraben free and is used to preserve the body cream (keep bacteria from growing in it). This recipe will be just as effective with out the use of this ingredient. If you decide to exclude it we recommend that each batch is stored in a refrigerator and used within 1 week. If you decide to use the Germall Plus your body cream should still be stored in a refrigerator and it should have a shelf life of 2 months.*
We would love to hear your feedback on this recipe and how it worked for you. Also let us know if you have any great videos or tutorials to help show simple and easy DIY ways to create natural Recipes!
